A CIBRC registration consultant prepares and files applications with the Central Insecticides Board & Registration Committee: import permits for non-insecticidal use, registrations under Section 9 of the Insecticides Act, 1968, and post-registration changes. ImportPermit.in is run by Pransh Pesticides Advisory Private Limited, based in Faridabad.
What is CIB&RC?
The Central Insecticides Board advises government on technical matters under the Insecticides Act, 1968, and the Registration Committee registers insecticides and grants permits. Both sit within the Directorate of Plant Protection, Quarantine & Storage, headquartered in Faridabad. No insecticide may be imported, manufactured or sold in India without registration or, for non-insecticidal use, a permit.
What do we handle?
- Form IA import permits, renewals and source changes
- Registration of technical and formulation for import (TI, FI) and indigenous manufacture (TIM, FIM)
- Bio-pesticide registration
- RTT permits and data gap analysis
- Label claims, packaging changes and shelf-life extension
- Endorsements: address and name changes, transfer of certificates
- Registration for export and free sale certificates

How do we work?
Every file starts with a written view of what the application needs and what you already have. We then prepare documents to the Committee's format, file online, track the agenda, answer queries with evidence rather than explanation, and keep you informed until the certificate or permit is in your login.
